Your feeds start every day locked. Ten push-ups opens them. The camera counts, so there's nothing to negotiate.

One email the day it drops. Nothing else.

The camera runs on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, ever.

The problem

You don't have a willpower problem.
You have a friction problem.

Instagram is one thumb-tap away, all day, built by hundreds of people whose job is keeping you there. "Just be disciplined" was never a fair fight — the feed is free and instant. So we made it cost something.

How it works

Three steps. Nothing to negotiate.

1

Lock your feeds

Pick the apps that eat your day — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X. They start every morning closed.

2

Do your reps

Prop the phone up and start. It counts push-ups, sit-ups and burpees on its own.

3

They open

Hit the day's goal and your feeds unlock until tomorrow. Miss it and the lock holds.

Proof

Don't take my word for it.

This is the exact rep counter from the app, running in this page. No install, no signup, no account. Do a few push-ups and watch it count.

Loads about 19 MB, once. The video never leaves your device — that's not a policy, it's just where the code runs.

The app

Built so you can't cheat it.

From the founder

I kept opening Instagram without deciding to. Thumb on the icon before my brain caught up, and forty minutes gone.

Every focus app I tried was a suggestion you could dismiss in one tap. So I built the one that doesn't negotiate: your feeds stay locked until you actually move, and the phone's own camera checks that you did.

I'm building Social Reps on my own, in public. If the idea makes you laugh and wince at the same time — that's the point.

FAQ

The honest answers.

Does it actually block my apps?

Yes. On iOS it uses Apple's Screen Time to shield the apps you choose; on Android a full-screen overlay covers them. It's a real wall until you hit your goal.

Can I cheat the camera?

Not easily. On-device pose detection counts full reps — it ignores half-reps, wiggles and fake motions. If you didn't do the work, it doesn't count. Try the counter above and see for yourself.

Is my camera footage private?

Completely. Everything runs on your phone. No frame is stored, uploaded or sent anywhere. You don't even need an account to train.

Which apps can I lock?

Any you choose — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit and more. You pick them in a couple of taps.

iPhone or Android?

Both, today. iPhone on the App Store and Android on Google Play — same app, same price.

What does it cost?

Nothing to start: the free plan guards two apps and opens them with three push-ups. $29.99 a year unlocks every app, all three exercises and your own goal, with the first seven days free.
